1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and phbhet.cam ("phbhet", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the phbhet online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on the phbhet platform through which you access gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in your Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonuses.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a game or sporting event through the phbhet platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives awarded by phbhet, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Game" encompasses all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting markets, and other gaming products offered on the phbhet platform.
• "Gaming Session" refers to the period during which you actively use the phbhet platform for gaming activities.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification procedures required to comply with regulatory obligations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing phbhet's operations.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To use the phbhet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, in accordance with Philippine gambling laws.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and each time you access the Service.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or regulation.
• You must not have previously been excluded or suspended from using the phbhet platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account on phbhet, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.
• Register only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Not register an Account on behalf of any other person or entity.
• Complete the KYC verification process when requested, providing valid government-issued identification and proof of address.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

phbhet is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all users. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or similar).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details).
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. phbhet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbhet Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your password with any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent phbhet.
• Immediately notify phbhet if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out from your Account at the end of each Gaming Session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available, for enhanced security.

4.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed. phbhet shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.3 Prohibited Account Sharing

Your phbhet Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. Allowing another person to access or use your Account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

phbhet accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine financial institutions. When making a deposit, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner of the funds being deposited.
• The payment method used is registered in your own name.
• The funds do not originate from illegal or criminal activities.
• You comply with all applicable laws regarding the transfer of funds.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. phbhet reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts, though final receipt of funds depends on the payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified in the withdrawal section of your Account.
• phbhet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or irregular withdrawal patterns.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account that exhibits suspicious activity, including but not limited to unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns, deposits immediately followed by withdrawal requests with minimal gaming activity, or transactions inconsistent with your declared financial profile. Suspicious activity may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

5.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on the phbhet platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phbhet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games offered on the phbhet platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are conducted by professional live dealers to ensure fairness and unpredictability. You agree to:

• Play games fairly and in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each game.
• Not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity.
• Not use any software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not exploit any technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Not engage in "bonus abuse" or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

6.2 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets are subject to acceptance by phbhet. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit the maximum stake on any game or sporting event. Once a bet is confirmed through the platform interface, it constitutes a binding transaction and generally cannot be cancelled or altered except in cases of obvious error.

For sports betting, bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting organization. In the event of ambiguities, postponements, or disputed outcomes, phbhet's decision on bet settlement shall be final, though we aim to apply industry-standard rules consistently and transparently.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of disconnection during a Gaming Session due to internet connectivity issues or technical problems, phbhet shall make reasonable efforts to restore your session. For live casino games, play may continue in your absence, and any pending bets will be settled according to the actual outcome. For slots and other RNG games, the game state is typically preserved for a reasonable period to allow you to resume play.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of system malfunction, game error, or incorrect payout calculation, phbhet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake. This includes situations where obvious pricing errors occur in odds or game results. phbhet is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions, and all games carry the disclaimer that "malfunction voids all pays and plays."

7. Bonuses and Promotions

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game designs, and other materials available on the phbhet platform are owned by or licensed to phbhet and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. This includes the phbhet name, logo, website design, mobile application, and all gaming software.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phbhet platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any phbhet content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or games on the platform.
• Use the phbhet name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the phbhet website on another site.
• Use automated systems to extract data or content from the platform ("scraping").

Unauthorized use of phbhet intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action. Third-party game providers retain all rights to their respective games and content made available through the phbhet platform.

9. Prohibited Activities

When using the phbhet platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent identification, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to disguise the source of funds.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing persons under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting event.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of a human player.

• Unauthorized Commercial Activity: Using the phbhet platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or broker for other players.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds in the Account, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

phbhet strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to security concerns. phbhet shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of the Service.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phbhet, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors or platform outages.
• Any inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain security.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruptions in gaming sessions due to third-party network or payment provider failures.

10.3 Maximum Liability

In cases where phbhet is found liable despite the above limitations, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the phbhet service, we encourage you to first contact our Customer Support team at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Please provide as much detail as possible, including your Account username, the date and time of the incident, and any relevant transaction IDs.

11.2 Escalation to PAGCOR

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you have the right to escalate your dispute to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing phbhet's operations. 11.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.

11.4 Finality of Decisions

phbhet's decisions on game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus rulings are final unless a manifest error can be demonstrated. We will not re-open settled bets or reverse game results except in cases of clear technical error or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension and Termination by phbhet

phbhet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any prohibited activity as outlined in Section 9.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Request or direction from PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities.
• Identification of the Account holder as a politically exposed person (PEP) without proper due diligence.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, phbhet reserves the right to withhold any funds in your Account pending investigation. If fraudulent activity, money laundering, or serious breach of Terms is confirmed, phbhet may permanently forfeit all funds without further obligation to the Account holder. Where termination occurs for reasons not involving wrongdoing by the player, phbhet will return legitimate funds to you after deducting any outstanding obligations.

12.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your phbhet Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any available balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes are also available and will be processed immediately upon request.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Amendments to These Terms

phbhet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, notifying you by email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phbhet with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.4 Waiver

phbhet's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of a breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

13.5 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
